Hispanic Heritage Luncheon

Nominees are evaluated on their merit and qualifications

– A business that has provided strong monetary support and/or encouraged Hispanic community volunteerism.
YOUNG RISING STAR – A person that has demonstrated leadership ability in their school, church and/or family and has exhibited strong leadership skills in the Hispanic community.
HISPANIC WOMAN OF THE YEAR – A woman who has distinguished herself in an organization, her profession and in the Hispanic community.
HISPANIC MAN OF THE YEAR – A man who has distinguished himself in an organization, his profession and the Hispanic community.
LIFETIME HEART OF THE BARRIO - A person who has strong, consistent volunteerism in the Amarillo Hispanic community and has been dedicated to serving the Hispanic Community.

Congratulations to Jonathan for receiving the LBDA-Amarillo National Bank Scholarship! Jonathan is attending Amarillo College full-time in the fall and majoring in Business Administration. Upon graduation he hopes to own his own business!
